Blue Mountain Hospital's Dialysis center provides dialysis treatment for individuals with end-stage kidney disease.  In-center hemodialysis is when a person goes to a dialysis center for their hemodialysis treatments. Hemodialysis is a treatment that filters the blood of wastes and extra fluid when the kidneys are no longer able to perform this function.

Patient comfort was in mind when planning the dialysis unit, Blue mountain dialysis center is surrounded by windows which provides a beautiful mountain view and has a bright and airy feel. There are 8 stations with state-of-art equipment. Each station has its own personal television and headphones. Extra comforts such as warmed blankets are available for all of our patients.

The dialysis staff is highly skilled in caring for patients with kidney disease. Your care is a team effort. The team consists of the patient, a nephrologist physician, a nephrology nurse, dialysis technician, social worker and dietitian. We utilize Nationwide laboratory, a cutting edge chronic kidney disease specialty laboratory, which provides quality, on time and accurate results to help effectively identify and manage kidney patients’ needs.

Blue Mountain hospital dialysis also offers services for guest dialysis patients. A guest patient is someone who wants to travel, yet requires dialysis three times a week.
