Codi Orr
Jeremy Adams is a member of our local health care team at Blue Mountain Hospital. Before joining the BMH team he worked for the San Juan Hospital in Monticello UT, where his tasks included performing various diagnostic medical imaging exams in both X-ray and CT. In his current role, Jeremy continues to perform these state of the art exams, right here in our wonderful new Blanding facility. Jeremy has also completed his CT certification to join the ranks of only a select few in San Juan County. These duties, along with a love for the outdoors and motorcycling have made living in Blanding a wonderful and rewarding adventure.
William Slavens is an integral part of the radiology team at Blue Mountain Hospital. Before coming to BMH he worked mainly as an Ultrasound tech at Mesa View Hospital in Mesquite NV, he has also worked in other facilities in Grand Junction Colorado and Moab Utah. His duties at these facilities include exams in multiple modalities including X-ray, CT, and Ultrasound. Billy brings not only his experience as an Ultrasound tech, but a vivid personality that adds both character and fun to our wonderful new hospital.
Codi Orr is a newly Registered Radiological Technician. She graduated from Weber State University with a degree in Radiologic Sciences in May of 2009. She completed her training with UNHS and Northern Navajo medical center in Shiprock New Mexico, as well as some rotations at San Juan Hospital in Monticello Utah. Codi is a very professional and caring member of our staff; this becomes very evident in the meticulous way she performs her duties. She utilizes every opportunity to make sure her patients feel as comfortable as possible during their visit to our wonderful new facility. Codi is completely dedicated to the patients and members of our community.
